Melling Oil Pump- which one to use ??

Whats the verdict when replacing the LS3 oil pump while doing a cam upgrade ??

Pressure:
#10295 Stock volume, 10% increase in pressure over M295 oil pump.
or
Volume:
#10296 18% increase in volume over M295 and 10295 oil pump.

Thanks !!

If stock bottom end, go with the stock volume, high pressure...should be 10295.

If aftermarket bottom end with bigger bearing clearances, go high volume...should be 10296.
