I waited nearly 8 months, and 108 days of that time the car was QC, so 8 to 10 weeks, isn't that bad.

I ordered on July 13th a 1LT with boston acoustics, C & C package and the 19" polished wheels. I just recently moved to 3000 status this week, with a build date coming to me very very soon. Been about 8 weeks.

Production started in march.

I ordered May 12th, Had a TPW of August 17th... It was built on August 18th.. I should have my car at the end of this week or the start of next. It is en route to be delivered.

Creeping up on a week shy of 4 months.

You didnt wait eight months. The car has only been in production for about 6 months. I guess I have been waiting 3 years then.

btw.. Although mine's been taken almost 4 months. I was originally told 8 weeks.

A lot of different factors come into play that dealers aren't really qualified in most cases to assess. Don't take your dealers word as solid gold. Things change, and too many things factor in behind the scenes.

Get ready to feel about as impatient as you ever have though.. It sucks, not gonna lie.. It just sucks..

For me I think this past few days has been the worst since mines expected to show up any day now. Messin with my sleep !!!

Good luck with yours though , maybe you get lucky and get it quick.

I ordered the day they released Canadian prices, that was in mid November 08, so they did have my $5000 deposit for nearly eight months.

Haha, I'm torn between the fact that my current lease ends in February and the the fact that I WANT IT NOW!!!

Oh boy, driving a Civic has been boring since the 10th of August, as far as I'm concerned...
