Apple Music on iPod?

Hey all,

I signed up for Apple Music, downloaded a bunch of songs (so they'd be available offline) and plugged in my iPhone 6+. THe music loads up, plays for about 2 seconds and then locks up.

Question is: is this an Apple Music thing? DRM related maybe? Is Apple Music even supported on iPods or iPhones plugged in via USB?

It should work. Sounds like a streaming issue with Apple. I had similar problems when I tried it out so I switched to another streaming service and haven't had any problems.

yes, it is supported.

Go onto your iPhone, into Music, and check your My Music files and download them straight to your phone. You will see a little phone with a check mark next to it if its actually stored on your phone.

i do the exact same thing and have no problem at all , just make sure when you plug it in your in a place that has service as some times it needs to connect to the server even when you have already downloaded the music to your phone.

Sometimes I have to switch between my camaro and my iPhone speakers to get mylink to stream my music. So I switch from camaro to iPhone, then back to camaro and it always works from there on.

I constantly use My Apple music in my car. No issues. I just create playlists first then pick one. I can scroll through the songs with the steering wheel controls.
