It's New To Me...
Just bought a 2012 1SS with a 6-speed manual, new to the forum and diggin' it so far. I've been wanting a Camaro since the 2010 return was announced and the stars finally aligned about a week ago. I found my Car on the internet, I'm located in northwest Florida and the car was in Charlotte, and after some serious negotiating I was able to secure a deal. My son and I drove up a couple of Fridays ago to grab it. SO FREAKIN' STOKED!! I was happy with my deal but it only got better. The car is a Silver Ice Metallic 1SS with a six speed manual, console gauges, and had just 16200 miles on the ticker. When we arrived for the pickup I found the car had black front/rear bowties, a brand new set of Pirellis, and the GM Performance exhaust system. After a quick test drive and some paperwork we were off for a 8.5 hour ride home. If you're unsure if you'll enjoy a new car, drive it almost 600 miles 20 minutes after you buy it! :smile: Anyway, here's a few pics, I look forward to learning more about the car through this forum.

Great looking Camaro! The Stars recently aligned for me too! These are great cars. It's great that you took your son as well. I have 2 boys myself and they both love the Camaro. Have fun and I hope you pass on that passion for automobiles to your son too!

Another SIM on the road...
 You can do wonders to one of those...  Looks like you also got some gill covers, rear rock guards, and some emblems on the hood with that purchase too... |
