Problems after Ls3 conversion

Completed full conversion, cam , springs etc. Car starts up and idles on four cylinders. I tuned out DoD with a sct tuner , still only fires four. Gives me four codes saying that four cylinders are dead/open circuit. Any ideas??

Yea new ls3 valley cover. I hooked the old dod valley back up to the unused dod plug, runs a little better but still seems not to be firing all cylinders

At this point i think it needs the afm/dod tuned completly out of the computer. If i reset ecu, prime injectors car fires up and sounds great, then kicks down to four. My handheld sct tuner isn't tunning it out

The handheld won't turn those codes off. Need a custom tune
