Next MOD

Well I pulled the trigger on the 80MM Throttle Body today. I already have an intake Spacer and Ported intake manifold. So on top of the Throttle Body I am going to match my intake Manifold with the TB. I am also going to look into porting the lower half of my manifold. after bolting the Spacer on their was a clear lip on the manifold that over hung the Spacer, prob only by a mm or 2 but enough to catch your nail on. Going to look into smoothing that out as well. Maybe Jason has insight into this. After I'm finished I'm going to throw it on the Dyno and see my diff in numbers. Hopefully I can see some solid torque gains. HP gains are all good but I would like to see some more low end grunt.

Here is a crazy thought, since cams have provenot to be ineffective due to cost gain ratio, has anyone reduced their exhaust to 2.25 before the H pipe to see if that would help with exhaust scavenging and increase low end torque?

Would definitely be hit or miss, would either help with scavenging or increase back pressure and hurt torque and HP. Wish I was good at welding I'd test it out.
