Does anyone have any good reviews for a plugin tuner? There are too many on the market and I want to ensure I get the best bang for my buck

I feel comfortable vouching for a remote tune via DynoSteve at RDP using a SXT4 he provides with his custom remote tune. It was spot on for my bolt on mods, car runs great. I have no knowledge or experience with a straight canned tune though....
