Finally did it all Camaro 5's fault - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I finally did it I could not hold off any longer Camaro 5 did it to me I could not take watching all of the other members taking delivery and waiting for the convertible to come out in 1 1/2 – 2 years from now. This past Sunday my wife was asking me what I was doing I said surfing Camaro 5 I showed her a rather nice looking IBM 2SS/RS she said yea that is nice I think I would like that color instead of the Red Jewel Coat I was like ok what ever. She said you really want one now go ahead and buy a V6 now and get the SS or Z/28 convertible when they come out so go find one on a lot or order one.

Well I jumped all over it searched for 3 hours trying to find a loaded 2LT RS to no avail (in the colors I wanted). I made a post in the dealership section several dealerships contacted me none had what I was looking for unless I wanted to order one then Becky from Rodgers Chevrolet contacted me saying she had one exactly how I wanted it with a TPW of 10/5 we traded a few more emails I gave her my info she ran my credit we are good to go. So now the wait begins with a TPW of 10/5 and cars moving out pretty quick I hope to have her in two weeks since it’s only being shipped from the plant to the dealership in Detroit. I ended up ordering the following

2LT, IBM-Imperial Blue Metallic, Black Leather, RS package, A6, Sunroof, 20” Polished wheels, BA sound system.
TPW 10/5 (Next week

Becky @ Rodgers Chevrolet

She will fit in well with her new family 69 Z/28, 00 Camaro, and 01 Z/28
