Help Replacing ZL1 fog light bulbs

I wanted to replace the OEM ZL1 fog lights bulbs but had a couple of question. Question one what is the easiest way to do the install without removing bumper? Question 2 What brand aftermarket fog light bulbs are you guys using?

No need to remove bumper.

Steps:
1. Crank wheel full left/right
2. Proceed to appropriate side with clearance based on step 1
3. Remove 3 torx screws on outside portion of inner fender liner
4. Gently pull back inner fender liner
5. R&R bulb

As for the bulb, I bought a set of DRL and Fogs from Phasetek. However, even the plasma LEDs aren't bright enough in my opinion. So, if you want them for looks only, go with LEDs. If you want functionality, I suggest you go with HIDs (FYI, I went with Kensun, had good reviews).

This.

With HID's the foglights match stock headlights AND are actually useful at night!

You have to go huge or the illumination is useless.
After 2 lesser bulbs, I finally upgraded to the Diode Dynamics XML2.
Pricey, but actually provide useful illumination.
Sorry the linked pic is also huge.
