2010 Camaro SS LS3 making weird noise through most gears

So the sound it makes is really hard to explain but a while back I was driving my Camaro down the Interstate when i noticed going into 5th gear it started jumping of sorts and started making a "do do do do" sound out of the exhaust i thought it might be misfiring or something so i took it to the dealership and of course they said they didn't notice the sound but did mention they needed to change my spark plugs and wires. After they fixed it I never noticed it again for at least five months or so and here recently it started doing it again and it happens through almost every gear. Most of the time I can just press the gas down and get through it and it will smooth out or let off the gas some but it will just start doing the same "do do do do" sound in the next gear. Some days it wont do it at all when i drive so I really just don't know what it may be. If you've had this problem or know anything that may help it would be greatly appreciated.

Also I'll add that I was driving today and exited off the interstate and the car shut off while stopped at a red light and when I turned it back on the service stabilitrak message came on. It's been just running rough and chuggles in almost every gear. When I come to a stop from above like 40mph it begins to shake when I'm braking and almost stopped as if it's going to cut off again.
