ECM fell off!

So my A/C stopped working and I took it to the mechanic to have it checked out. After much torubleshooting they couldnt get it to work. They took a look in the engine compartment and found my ECM hanging low up against the belt. The belt had eaten into one of the conduits...

So now I've got it up with a zip tie...

The worst part is I'm outside my warranty :(
It's summer. Nobody can diagnose by A/C issue and keep blaming my ECM.
What do I do???

Most likely have to bite the bullet and get a new ECM at the dealership.

Couldn't tell from that angle on the pictures - are the wires all still intact inside that connector cover that was ripped open? Did water seep in and corrode the terminals?
The compressor clutch is not engaging at all?

I'll have to try to get a better picture when I get home. I just reach down with my phone to try to get a pic, but it's tight.

Regarding the A/C issue, the A/C itself is technically working. But it won't blow cold air. They say whatever the problem is is affecting the blowers from switching or something like that.
