T/A or 2LT?
Awhile back I had to get rid of my Camaro. I wrote a post "Down but not out" Well I might be able to get another one. Well I've been looking and the only thing I can afford is a 2010 or 2011 V6 Camaro. I've also always wanted a Trans am. When Pontiac went under I was very disappointed. Any way, I have found a 2002 Trans am with the WS6 package, and ram air for 12,000. The Camaro is a 2012 2LT. Trans am has 102,000 miles on it and looks new inside and out. The Camaro has 104,885 on it and looks great. Both cars look to be mechanically in great shape. My friend had gotten a new Trans am in 1980 when we were seniors in high school. I've always wanted one since then, just never could do it. Needed a truck instead. Horsepower is almost the same, my have things changed in those 10 years. I'm leaning toward the Trans am, what do you guys think. Probably opened a can of worms but, there it is.

I'd go T/A but that price seems a bit steep for a car over 100k miles. Talk him down or search for a better deal.

Even if the cars were equally powered, same price, and same miles. I would still say take the older T/A. The LLT 10-11 V6 Camaros have many more issues than the tried and true LS1
