Does GM make engine swap kits like this?

https://www.cnet.com/roadshow/news/m...r-old-hot-rod/

Probably no real need, most people swap Vette engines all the time into stuff and have been doing it for years without issues.

But it'd be pretty cool to see some LS3's with an easy diy swap kit like this into an older model vehicle as if it came straight from the factory... because it kinda does in this case I guess.

pretty nice... but again pricey compared to just pulling a working engine with the computer and everything. but this would be much cleaner... no extra wires

They do. GM wrote the book on this kind of stuff. Go to http://www.chevrolet.com/performance/parts-catalog.html

Yes GM has has what they call the E-Rod kit for probably 10 years. Now they sell even more variations.
