Just picked mine up today.... Pretty much love it. I read all the break-in articles about the hard break-in techniques and they seem to have enough backup to trust. But I dont have it in me to run the crap out of a brand new car so ive found a healthy medium.... off the lot I floored it off and on for around 10 seconds at a time and tried to keep the rpms low. After that Im doing a little normal driving and some full throttle runs from time to time.

I got the car with 7 miles on it. And flooring it off the lot, it was extremely sluggish and would probably have a hard time beating my ford escort. Now its got about 80 miles on it and already is growing some balls. The V-6 engine has really come out of its shell and impressed me. I'm beginning to think it might be faster than my previous daily driver(01' mustang GT auto, slightly modded). If further breaking in gives me even better performance I will be thrilled. We'll see

One negative... It's a manual. Shifting is harder then I feel it should be, hard to get a fast shift. I've driven manual most of my life and I havent had this much trouble running a car through the gears. I'm sure I'll get used to it.
