So I woke up this morning and decided HEY I can finally wash the car as its going to be overcast but no raid

THE ISSUE!

On the FRONT RIGHT fender behind the wheel and all along the side around the skirt I have this white cakey shit stuck to the car.. at first I thought it was paint but its not. its got the same viscoscity of mudd but its taking a LOT of effort to get this caked on white stuff off.

What can I use to get it off.. I havent driven on any freshly painted roads and its almost like a whiteish look to it.

Its thick, its caked on, and i can get it off by using my nail but its proving VERY Difficult.. ITs also inside the wheel well as well

-- I'll have pictures ups oon but my priority right now is to get this crap off.

- PLEASE HELP!!! -

Sounds like it has to be something you ran over if it's in the wheel wheel. Could it be the white paint they use at intersections?

It could be, I have pictures now that I will put up.
My dad and I took a look at it, picked up the Turtle wax bug and tar remover.. that shit didnt even put a dent in it.

All I know is im super frustrated and Im willing to bank its paint of some sort and clearly the city i live in is retarded becuase lal they had to do was put signs up or cones or pylons of some sort.

but nope, now im the one paying the freakin price

I remove all sorts of strange crap from cars. I run a professional polishing/wetsanding shop. If you can make it down to oakville ill be able to take it out. PM me and Ill shoot you my phone number.

Could try some WD40. It works well on anything that is tar or gummy

Take this question to the detailing section. Lots of good advice in there. I would say try some WD 40 but see what others say first.

if its paint from roads, i heard nail polish remover works well and apparently does not damage paint, ive seen my uncle use it before and it worked. No damage on the paiont either but do a test on a crappy car before hand if you decide to try this
