okay lol i need to submit my essay soon, but i have no idea what to write

does anyone know how a person can be benefit from the diversity of a university in general?

I would write about the different foods that are made by the people and how the dorm therefore smells like shit!

How about… the greater the diversity the more it prepares the student for the work place, where often the best ideas come from the collaboration of several diverse view points. Each person involved will bring a voice based on their perception of the world from their own experiences. The middle aged white guy doesn’t and can’t really-truly know what life is like for a young Hispanic male, and vice versa. But, working together and pulling the “best of” from their ideas will make a better widget for a larger customer base.

I can give you a great essay idea about how diversity looks good in theory but doesn't really happen in reality.

Ugh. Sounds like you have some work to get done this weekend. I have completed many college essays.... and am thankful they are in the past. I certainly do not miss those assignments.

Here is a assoc. of university professors site link. It has several good references re: benefits of diversity. Dont forget to include your works cited and quote everything you use from other sources.

I would read some of the current theory, review the literature/studies and go from there. My brother is a college professor and I think a little research goes a long way in the grading process.

You also have hit on the unfortunate part of racism, judgement, sterotypes, and how it effects attitude and way of life. :(
