Yeah, I'm from Odessa. I'll also be driving a IOM 2SS. Haha. Ordered from Sewell Chevrolet in Crane. Hopefully have it by mid October.

I'm from Odessa, but live in McKinney now. I hope to be making a road trip out there soon. My dad's car club is having a car show October 3rd. I'm sure they would love to have some 5th gens there. Here's a link with some info. http://www.westtexascruisers.com/announcements.htm

I'm from little 'ol Pecos, TX. Odessa/Midland were our outlet for shopping and movie theaters. Now in San Antonio,TX. Still drive out there for parts install/tuning on occasion. Buddy of mine lives up in New Mexico and has started doing same type of work out there due the the lack of options for car owners. Shops know availability is limited and rob customers blind!

IDEA: If you could get together a small group of folks interested in CAI (Cold Air Intakes) or Headers (Kooks preferably) I would be willing to cut my header install price by an additioanal (-$50) as long as you folks cover fuel/accomodations.

Sure my folks would love to have me out that way again.

Thanks Al, I responded. I have several good friends that are still part of that car club. Joe/Lynn are very good friends of ours!

The reason i ask is alot of my friends have gotten rid of there sport cars.....And most of the people around here that hang out are kids and all the want to do is street race, Im only 22 my self but after 2 street racing charges back when i had my 01 heads and camed formula. And im on probation at the moment so i dont need to get mixed up with that kind of crowd...So basicly what im getting at is there anything that goes on in odessa like cruising and what not i just moved here from greenwood??
