For people who DD there Camaro's and plan to thru nasty winter, you guys should really change your tires, ... we don't need more wrecks posted up on this forum

If anything I recommend the Goodyear F1's I have on my Charger, there not that sticky in the winter but you damn sure will have traction

... Just thought I remind those who had forgot

To me, winter is only one option : Bridgeston Blizzack tires.

I've run Blizzacks in the past - nothing but good things to say about them.

Well, I will not change the tires. I can drive pretty well in the snow, and if it is that bad, I can always drive the Tahoe. Besides, it has not really snowed here yet.

I guess you havent read/heard about how bad the perilli's are in the snow/cold conditions. They turn into rocks, which = 0 traction. Assuming you have the SS or RS package that is.

The Pirelli's aren't that great on wet roads.....you coudln't pay me enough to drive with them in snow.

The FBodfather told me to get Pirelli Ice and Snow, so thats what we did, because we always do what the Bodfather tells us to do!

I can vouch for that. Used to have a set of Toyo summer tires several years ago. When the temps fell below 40 degrees the tire compound was so hard that I zero traction, even on dry pavement.

The next day I purchased a set of Blizzaks and a second set of rims. The best of both worlds if you can afford it.
