Skipping song on iPod - Delay? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I've dealt with this for 6 years now. My 2011 Camaro won't let me skip through tracks on my iPod very quickly. I have to wait 1-2 seconds for the track to play and then I can skip to the next song.

I notice that there is a bar | after the play icon. Once that bar disappears, then I can skip to the next song.

Is this just a limitation of the PDIM or is my system not working correctly?

The hardware and software versions are DB/DB
