5th gen SS wheels for spare

Has anyone used a 5th gen SS wheel (or any type really) for a spare? Thinking of picking up a set online that are cheap to use when I travel for track days in case of emergency. You can find those base SS 20's for next to nothing and they will clear the brakes height wise..just not sure spacing wise, or of the taller tires rub.
