Ram 75-2105N Clutch, anyone use it? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Just ordered one, so I guess this thread would have been more useful a couple weeks ago.

Anyone on here run one? I got a smoking deal of less than $1kUSD from my distributor though my work. I didnt have a flywheel so it looked to be equivalent in cost of running this to buying a flywheel and clutch kit.

Looks like its torque capacity is significantly higher than the AY6, so it should be instesting LOL

Would love to hear some feedback if anyone has experience, while I can still change my mind haha!

I was going to get a ram clutch before I bought my monster clutch. After all the research I did, the monster had better reviews and could withstand more power. When I called monster to order the clutch, I hands down got the best customer services from the boys over in Texas. Overall I am very happy with my monster clutch, blows away the stock clutch any day of the week!

I think sycraft got the first production unit... I believe it was also mentioned in his write up in a magazine and he liked it very much as I recall.

Now, let me remember which mag that was- I think it was in a follow up to this article called "Hot Blown Six" in Superchevy http://www.superchevy.com/how-to/ght...ystem-install/ ... really, I'm not luring you into a porno site!

Do a quick search on his (sycraft's) posts and I'm sure you'll find it. Clutch was first rate.

Hurst shifter, RS Headlights with halo always on harness, Heritage Grill, Cold Air Inductions CAI, 20% tint, RX catch can, RX clean side seperator, Vmax Iceolator. BBK long tube headers, high flow cats, Magnaflow exhaust, gill stripes, GTO Clutch resevoir, plastic dip wheels emblems.
