Sorry to hear about your car. Hope it get done right. Its really hard to find a company, shop or business that truly cares about their customers anymore. You are just a paycheck to them.

I went for an oil change at Mark Christopher Chevrolet in Ontario, CA, about three years ago. The stunningly incompetent idiots there scratched the crap out of my door sill, broke two lug nuts, got oil/ grease just about everywhere, and did a really lousy "wash" of the car (after I specifically asked for NO WASH)... and, after the wash, they didn't even bother DRYING the car.

I called the manager to discuss the really crappy job. I had the receptionist assure me that the manager will return my call shortly.

That was three years ago. Still waiting.

It is not uncommon to find employees who do not give two spits about doing a job the right way.

Nothing like dropping your Camaro off for service and then see it go tearing down the road with some kid burning the tires off!
