Loss of communication with fpcm

Tonight my car shut off, code says lost communication with fuel pump control module. Car has a pretty new battery, checked voltage, was a little low at 11.7v, put jumper cables on it checked voltage again and was up to 13.5. car turns over, not getting any fuel. I have a trap door under my seat so I popped the seat up, put my hand on the pump and it is clearly not coming on. I'm running a ZL1 pump with ADM FPCM both were installed about 2-3 years ago. Has anyone had this happen before? I'm guessing it's my fpcm but I've also read that some OnStar module could cause it as well as the PCM. Any thoughts?
