Vortech YSI pulley reccomendation

I bought a YSI system from Ted J for my 2010 that came with a 3.6 pulley that he thought should reach 10LBS of boost. Bo says life begins at 3.47 pulley size

Should I buy a 3.47 or step down to 3.33? 3.47 might net 12lbs or a bit less since I have ported LSA heads, Pat G 224/240 cam, ARH long tubes and a 3" MBRP cat back. That is why I am wondering about a 3.33" pulley.

For fueling, I am going with ID 1050X injectors, ZL1 pump, Pro-meth two-nozzle 100% meth progressive system and I may add the DSX aux pump...

Thanks,

What size crank pulley? I have a 7.5" crank 3.15 blower on mine. Makes about 17psi. Stock bottom end ls3.

So I am thinking that a 3.33 on 7.8 crank pulley will net around 15LBS. I think I will go with 3.33 and if it goes over say 14lbs, I will fabricate a restrictor....

If I was stateside I would go for the gusto b/c I could build myself a stroker if it went boom.

But that is not such an easy proposition in the UK - it could be done but would be much more expensive...

Cheers,

Damn. This makes me wish I opted for the $500 YSI upgrade (over the v3si) on my ESS Tuning kit.

Its only got 13 miles on it.... LOL!
