Replaced front emblem, now front bumper is higher than hood.

Like the title says. I replaced the front emblem back to a gold one. I had removed the front plate to gain access to the emblem. I did not adjust the black rubber bumpers. Its high right at the tip of the hood. Like 1/8". Any ideas? Do you think I installed that black plate incorrectly?

I already regret messing with the car.

The black plate has 2 torx type screws in the front that are for bumper height adjustment. They are not meant to be tightened down so just loosen those up and it will line up just fine.
