Just want everyone to know my experience with R1 Concepts. I am going to rate this from 1 to 5, 5 being excellent. Website info and ease to navigate and purchase (5). Selection of products (5). Shipping time (5) wanted to give a (4) but considering they cut and fabricate the rotors to ur car specifications and shipping all the way from California to Coral Springs FL, 7 business days and free shipping isn't so bad. Customer Service (5) talked to Kevin I believe one of the sells representatives couple days after I put order in for rotors and pads for front and rear. Asked questions about Hauk pads and R1 ceramic which are the ones I ordered, took his time and answered all my questions. He made me feel good about my purchase. Packaging of products and products conditions after delivery (5) The shipment was intact. Box inside of box enough padding. Everything arrived in excellent condition all 4 rotors had no scratches or bent pads looked great too. Rotors and pads (5) extremely happy with purchase. Got the goemet drilled and slotted and R1 ceramic pads. Look amazing and perform even better. Not a sound when u brake, they are as quiet as they can be 👍👍👍. Overall guys if anyone is debating on this company give them a shot u will not be disappointed, a bit pricey but did get a coupon that they offered on their website and saved about $45. I give them a 5 and 👍 Thank u R1 for a great product.
