Got a wild hair last night and started looking at the Anvil Auto site, because I love that notch spoiler and was considering it (for the millionth time)

but, when I get onto their site via my android mobile, it loads, then VERY quickly redirects to a site pictured below that tries to install an APK onto your phone if you click the link.

Sketchy as hell, and i'm wondering if they're aware. If I set chrome to load the desktop version of their site, it doesn't happen, so I'm wondering if there's been some sort of malicious activity go on that they may be unaware of.

Can anyone with an android phone do me a solid and load anvil autos website via chrome and let me know if you get something like this?

Screenshot in the link right HERE of what it looks like. if you click on the link to "view" the mms, it tries to install the apk...

It Might be a virus --- I wouldn't click on it !!

yeah, it definitely is a virus. I'm just curious to see if this is occurring solely with me, or if others get it, as well.

If it's only me, then I've gotta look into why, and if it's everyone, then Anvil has an issue that they may not be aware of....

I can get there no problems, I'm on Android using chrome as browser. They are on backorder

Bizarre. I tried on 3 different Android phones in chrome and other browsers and it gave me the weird error...oh well.
