Who is it? How could they not release the name? He should be cited with some sort of traffic ticket and that should be public records.

I live in the Houston area and they ran a story about this on the morning Channel 2 news. Even my kids yelled out "Dumb Ass" (

)....and I couldn't even yell at them about their potty mouth since I agreed!!!
