Spoiler-Need Help - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey all, I realize there may be quite a few threads on this, but I can't find any recent ones. I have a black 2LT and don't want to do much to it, but I would like a spoiler-maybe like the one that came w/the RS package. Throw me some suggestions on where to get the best looking for the best price. Thanks.

checkout rpidesigns.com they have some great spoilers oem and aftermarket i love the havoc spoiler myself.

I think MTI Racing has a spoiler that they used on their standing mile Camaro.

I wish these sites had better/more pics of these spoilers on the car. Anyone who'd care to post and specify what spoiler they have & where they got it-PLEEZE

This is a tough decision & these are more than I'd thought they'd be.

This is the MTI RACING rear wing spoiler

I had the Havoc rear wing spoiler, I didn't like the fact that it is held down mostly by 3M tape..

There's a thread out with lots of pictures. I really like the rksports spoiler and just put in and order for one.

This is where I got mine from, and what I used to install it. You will definitely want to find the tool this guy has in his pictures for the install. I also used this video as reference:

Came in perfect condition, perfect paint match, and had fast free shipping. Got my factory copy of a spoiler for $100, rather than the $400 it would take to have a dealership do it.

Couple notes about the video. It did not appear that the holes were painted after drilling. I recommend doing that to seal the raw metal edge with paint.

However, I did like the idea of the sealant around the inside edge of the holes. Even thou the spoiler came with pads to seal the holes under the spoiler, the sealant is a added touch to help close out the hole. Might look into doing that soon for mine.
