Spasticsquirrel.com will give you an almost up to date database of produced camaros. If you use the MT and Auto trans filters, you can find the number of each and work out the percent yourself. Hope this helps

Why anyone would buy an automatic is beyond me.

25 more horsepower + the ability to work your way through the gears the way a car like this was meant to be driven? Sounds like a no-brainer to me.

Automatics are for girly men. Or at least as much of a girly man as you can be driving a Camaro, that is.

Check the Homepage archive. All of these number were just on there a few days ago. These are rough estimates based on Spasticsquirrel.

Not everyone is buying the car to work through the gears. Especially those of us who commute to work in traffic everyday. An automatic is easier on the legs and hands then a manual.

Each to his own. Doesn't take much to up the L99 to 426. Look at all your racers. Count the number of manual cars running. Win Automaticly!!!!

Wow are you serious??? That's why the L99 actually had a faster 0-60 time right? Manual's are also harder on the cars in the long run especially if ur in stop and go traffic like me everyday. Sport mode all the way!

Automatics are for girly men??? I guess you are a girly man since you drive a 2005 Impala...are'nt they all 4 speed auto's?

I have never felt like a girly man in my 2SS/RS or my '87 Turbo Buick

Steve Dallas_ what an ignorant statement. Wish you were closer, I am sure a lot of us would Love the chance to introduce our girly man selves to you.

Bet he drives a Mustang oh wait it's a 2005 Impala with a girly man Tranny in it.

I am guessing his Mom doesn't know that he is on an adult website.

Just my thoughts,
Mike

Not to jump on the band wagon here but thats why we get choices STEVE. Its really awesome driving the streets of philadelphia working through the gears unti the next light comes up in 100 feet, that was sarcasm by the way.
