2015 zl1 on a 2015 ls with stock size headlights

I’ve been searching and searching and searching but to no luck.

I’ve seen people put the 2015 ZL1 front bumper on there v6 or v8 car with the stock size headlights. Whether they are the stock headlights or vland or morimoto headlights. Has anybody ever done this? If so what are the gap issues? Or if there are any issues with the install. I want to buy the bumper and all the components and hardware to make it fit I just don’t want to buy new headlights due to mine being custom made. If anybody could shed some light I would appreciate it! Thank you!
