Hash Stripes

Hey guys,

I really like the way the hash stripes complement the hood stripe so I decided to go ahead to give them a try. I bought a set off ebay from gunner graphics. They came as long straight strips of acrylic. When I opened the box I was like WTF... But after I cut them like 5 times, I think they are sized and angled pretty well. Not a perfect fit but I do think they add a nice look.

Dig the overall look and agree they compliment the hood stripes. Needs a little work though. LOL!

Considering doing this to my car too. Just haven’t decided what I want.

I’d probably take the stripes down to the edge of the fender and wrap it around the edge before cutting it. And take the top ends and tuck them into the gap between the hood. It’d make for a much cleaner look. But it looks good so far and good job on the first try.

I think what the OP is missing here is knifeless tape which he could have laid down first to get the desired cut lines he wanted without damaging the paint. Check it out!

I would give them an outline stripe on either side like the rally stripes have.
