145k mile engine health check

Rolled 145k miles.
Decided to do a quick compression test yesterday when I got up. I ran the engine so it was warm.
Highest cylinder was 230 psi
Lowest cylinder was 200 psi
Quite a jump from last time I checked it at 125k back when it was stock compression. I put PRC 260 cylinder heads on since then which have the smaller 65cc chambers. Last time:
Highest cylinder was 193 psi
Lowest cylinder was 170 psi
Not too bad especially since it was supercharged for 70k miles of its life.
Mobil oil all its life every 5k miles.

Im still getting the tune dialed in. Im having KR issues that hopefully is injector related.

Yup not bad at all and I know you do religiously the maintenance...… I like to throw in some good lucas fuel injector cleaner now and then......
