Rev Hang?

2011 camaro 2ss M6, Into neutral coasting even at 5mph, revs hang around 2k rpm until I push in the clutch, any ideas why this would be happening.

I had this happen, if you take it to your technician and have them do a crank relearn procedure it will clear up

After a couple years with a ported tb with out any issue (so I'm not with you there)
I noticed mine acting simular to what your stating. My rpm seems to only be 1400 or so and seems to take a noticeable difference in time to come down to normal idle.
And also affected went clutch is out or depressed.

Just noticed it this weekend so I haven't checked into it yet.
Quirious to see what's think the cause is.
