So I'm getting ready to take the Camaro over to the coast for a couple of days R&R with my wife. The hotel we'll be staying at offers valet parking.

On one hand I think it may 'safer' to go with the valet, limiting the access that people will have i.e. parking next to it, etc. versus parking it in a public lot.

On the other hand, I'm having a hard time with the idea of some valet being able to drive my Camaro...

What do you guys think?

No way I'd let anyone drive my car that has no vested interest in handling it gently. Esp a Cammy....

I hate valet parking. I keep thinking about the Ferris Bueller movie.

There was just a news cast of underground valet. Lets just say I will never do valet ever!!!!!!!! They valet company personnel would drift and do burnouts with the cars. Scary stuff.

Depends on the joint for me. If it is a higher class joint then I'm gonna trust them, but if it is isn't, then the keys will be staying with me.

after seeing that video no valet ever for me. unless valet will be in front of the hotel nd i keep the key

id pay the couple of bucks to park it up front then just park it myself and hold on to the keys..
