Engine cover question

This engine cover is on ebay seller claims it is GM OEM but obviously it's not a stock engine cover. It looks like maybe they cut a stock cover(?) and then hydro-dipped it. Anyone seen this or have other ideas where to get it? Looks good but not sure if it will mount or fit with other pieces like a rotofab plenum cover

The rear braces/brackets/clips (?) are missing; no idea how they'll stay secured. And they cut a huge piece off the left one, wonder why. Obviously to fit around something but ??

Looks like these are for a Maggie supercharger, but where are the attachment brackets?
