I've driven several German diesel luxury cars and those things really haul in the 0-60.... I love diesels.

I remember reading a while back that the 4.5l duramax made 300/450 stock. It was also rumored to fit in place of the ls motor. Why wouldnt gm throw this in a camaro?

Chevy motor in a ford....guess they wanted to go fast too!!!!!

Reminds me of the only "Pimp My Ride" episode I ever watched, the Duramax/Impala creation.

It outran a Lambo heads up in the quarter, and got good mileage. It was a beast!!

In short, I'd buy it with those kind of numbers!!

Wasn't there a new exhaust system that has added 5K or so to price of Deisels due to emissions? Really other than that, no reason to not consider a Camaro with one. Make it an engine option, if people buy them you just helped with your Cafe!

That comes into effect at begining of the new year.

Yes, the new 6.7L CTD in the Ram is a biatch to mod because of the emissions system.
