Passenger ADL delayed turning on and flickering

I have a 2010 SS/RS and recently the passenger side ambient lighting has started to act weird. It will either come on delayed by a minute plus after the driver side lighting kicks on or will flicker for a few minutes before going solid, and then other times it will come on normal. Has anyone else had this issue? Do yall think I need to just replace the lighting or break out the mulitmeter and hunt gremlins?

My fog headlight light flickers on and off recently I know its not the same issue but sounds like a bad bulb.

Yeah I took it out the other day, the LED had cracked and there was heat damage from the wires getting too hot and bubbling the paint on the backside of the door insert, so I replaced the bulb and harness, its all good now.
