I like the S/S 612 although it will not fit as the others either. Cragar did respond back that they are working on a model 613 which would fit.

well NONE of the ones you listed will work, as they all are 6 lug, our cars are 5 lug.

The Torque Thrust M pictured here, is a five lug. Will the tires that come on the Camaro's 20" rim, front and rear, fit on these rims??? 20x8.5 19 5.50 6x114.3 (6X4.5)

if you are getting them in the 8.5" width, YES, the tires that come on the 20" wheel packages are 245's, and you can put up to 285's with no ill effects. I believe that the factory 20 x 8 has a 35 mm offset, that is what I have been told, and what you show has a 32mm offset, which would work with no proplems.

They currently make a 605 series which is similar but only in a 5-120.7 bolt pattern. 5-120 is not equal to 5-120.7
