Boost gauge wiring.
So I installed a Glowshift boost gauge and wideband.
They work fine but jesus there bright at night. Theres an orange wire that if hooked up to the stock headlight switch dims the gauge light by 30%. I didnt want to mess with taking my light switch apart so I wired the orange wire to a key on fuse source. It's the same switch that the key on power wire I'm using for the gauge itself. Is this gonna be ok for that fuse or am I overtaxing it ? I don't know if the orange wire even draws power? Thanks.
