2014 v6 Engine Issues/Noises

I bought a used 2014 2LT, RS v6 just over a year ago. The first 6 months is ran smooth and quiet. About Jan 2019, it started having whistling noise from the engine bay. The first trip to Chevrolet dealer, they fixed the after market exhaust alignment and clips. But...

I have had engine noise issues since Feb 2019. I took it to two different dealerships four times over a few months. They cannot seem to duplicate or diagnose the issue. The first issue is a loud grinding whine noise from the vacuum brake pump. The second issue is a low flutter growl noise from the engine exhaust manifold. Any guesses? Suggestions?
