Any meets in San Diego?
Hi C5, owner of 2011 CGM 2SS/RS LS3 full bolt-ons tuned by DynoSteve.
Been looking to get around to some car meets in San Diego, the forum seems to be dead in this area from what I see lately. Anything going on here sometime soon? Let me know! |

I was in SD until I moved to LA a little while ago. Some camaro guys started a small meetup on Fridays somewhere near mission valley....this was about 2+ years ago. After the summer i think it died down, i stopped going, and then i didnt see anymore posts flying around. Try Facebook though, i think they were posting more on that than here. You can also try main st in el cajon on wednesdays- they used to have weekly car stuff down there although maybe when the weather gets warmer. It used to start around mid afternoon (that is the only part that sucked!) but had a nice mix of cars turn up and they used to shut down the street :-) You can also try checking with courtesy chevy in mission valley - i think they used to have camaro/vette clubs meetup there but i'm not 100% sure of that

Look up San Diego County Camaros or San Diego County 5th Gen Camaros on facebook. Anything happening is posted on there, but as the previous post said it has died down a lot. Maybe once spring/summer hits it'll pick up

Nothing much going on here in San Diego with Camaro5. The first couple of years it was fun had a lot of activities. I recently sold my 2010 Camaro (week ago) to a individual from Norway. I am having more fun with my 55 Chevy, more shows and here in Bonita we gather every Saturday for coffee & doughnuts. 30-40 cars show up at 7 am and usually home by 9:30. I am now in the market for a 1969 Camaro at a reasonable price. Anything under 40 K.
Have fun and drive them hard. |

Its 2019. Any new SD camaro meets or do we have to join the mustang's? Lol I think race legal getting shut down killed the car scene

i know this is an old'ish thread but I work in San Diego and live in Temecula. I am always looking for meets or camaro events and haven't had much luck ever since I got my car last year. Went to CamaroCon last year up in Temecula but other than that no luck. We should start something up if people are interested!
