Are these genuine Made by GM? Or we’re heritage always aftermarket? Thought initially GM had made them

There's a few aftermarket ones now because GM quit making the Heritage Grill for a while. Phastek is the only place I know of currently to get a GM one anymore because they either worked a deal directly, or are still sourcing them from GM as they have started making them again due to a high enough demand for them. Now if only they'd start making the GM ground effects package again!

I have one I painted, OEM, but roughed a spot on the paint. Sanded it to repaint and never got around to it. It's never been installed. Selling the car and I won't be needing it..
