Are the ZL1 diff cover bolts TTY and can the gasket be re-used or does it have to be replaced?

You can use the bolts over torque to 41 lb ft, if the gasket is in good shape use it I used mine over and it was fine it had about 8000 miles on it so if it is not in bad shape should be fine.

Both can be reused. As was stated already, as long as the gasket looks to be in good shape, its reusable
