Questions about single alternator cable gauge, length, and eyelet sizes on both sides

My alternator is dead. I have purchased a brand new one. Now I must also replace the alternator positive cable lead. Does anyone know where I can purchase a good used or new engine wiring and battery positive cable hardness GM part number 22886823 ? I don't have the option of using my original OEM GM stock cable anymore. Plan B if cheaper, would be to use a single positive alternator cable that leads from the alternator to the positive battery post at the front of the vehicle. If I go that route. I will need specifications on the proper cable gauge, length, and eyelet sizes on both sides. I called my local GM parts dept. They don't know anything regarding the cable gauge, length or eyelet size. Power-Master is willing to help me but they need to know these things in order to make the correct positive alternator cable for me. Once we can figure out the cable specifications. I will installing a brand new ACDelco Alternator fitment information: L99 Engine, VIN J
