Stand alone jetting for wet plate

Have a nos wet plate on my cammed l99 Camaro. I installed a stand alone and run 6lbs to the plate. I was told to go 8 sizes larger on the fuel side then the n2o side. Does this sound right?

Why did you go with a low pressure for the stand alone, 6lb? What brand is the plate? Is it NOS brand or something else? Just use the recommended jets from the manufacturer for the shot you want. Don't just guess with a square setup or a 4 spread. Go with the recommended jets, start small and work you way up. May need to try different fuel jets, then fine tune with pressure. Use a wideband to get you close, then read the plugs. Colder plugs, timing retarding, window switch, etc may be needed. Provide more info about your N2O system. If you originally came off the factory fuel rail, your system was for high pressure, about 60psi. Not sure how the same plate will play with reduced fuel pressure.
