SR20 in Spring
Unless a meteor destroys the planet, I'll have my 2SS long before spring.
One of my favorite roads to drive is SR20 into and over the cascades to Winthrop & Twisp. The road just closed, but opens again in the spring. It occurred to me that others in this forum might be interested in making an event of it and traveling together over the pass on one of the best and most beautiful drives in the US. So, how many of you other Camaro owners (and soon to be Camaro owners) would be interested in doing something like this? |

I'm in. 20 is a gorgeous drive. You might add your suggestion to this thread.

I was considering something like meeting in Bellingham, and taking Chuckanut Drive south to start, then hop on 20 heading east to Twisp. A couple of stops for photographs/BS'ing along the way. From there, we could continue on the loop or hit the flats of eastern WA for a bit, then head to SR2 to head back to the west side over Stevens Pass. |
