Help LS3 conversion valley cover

I recently convert my L99 to LS3. They're is a plug from the passenger side doesn't have nowhere to be connected after the valley cover replacement. Due the L99 valley cover have the connector and not the LS3. What I'm supposed to do with that plug or after the tune will be disable? Help please, thank you in advance.

Simply tie it back, DON'T cut it or anything crazy. I used a zip tie and tied mine out of the way from heat or anything that can damage it. You never know what the future plans for the car hold and having a clean and functional intact harness is a good thing. If I remember correctly, I tied mine back behind the fuel rail to that plastic thing that the engine cover normally hooks to. You can tape the connector end if you want to keep it clean, but I didn't.

After I swapped in the LS3 in I spent nearly 45 minutes searching for something I left unplugged before I realized what it was. The worst part is that I started the swap knowing that I wouldn't need that connector lol.

I usually throw some dielectric grease on them, wrap them in a baggie or something (to keep moisture off) and tie out of the way.
