Navagation screen

i used my navigation for the first time in years. I usually just use my phone
but since programing the destination and following it to the destination Now ever time I start the car i get this Initializing Navigation black screen then the screen that says Destination Entry. I have to hit the back button to get the radio information. i just want to be able to start the car without all this nonsense i don't need to see all the time. any suggestions on how to get this to not come up every time i start the car?
