Installed Streetfighter LA Spoiler

Wanted to thank Mr2Hard2See for telling me about the Streetfighter LA spoiler. I ordered it about a week ago and started to get annoyed because I hadn’t received a tracking number. Out of no where I have this big box on my doorstep. I felt like a kid on Christmas. So I would say shipping is fast and the spoiler was wrapped well.

I’m very impressed with the finish. I opted for the non-carbon fiber option. I figured it was going to be primed so I’d have to paint it but the finish is actually pretty nice. I decided to just install it as-is. If you’re anal and everything has to be perfect you’ll need to have it painted.

The negative was 4 out of the 6 holes on the spoiler did not align with the factory drilled trunk holes. So I widened 2 of the trunk holes and only used 4 bolts instead of the 6. The 2 factory trunk holes in the middle are difficult to reach so I skipped those. The manufacturer noted that you only need 4 so I thinks it’s good to go. I also used some double sided tape.

Overall, I’m pleased with the product and would recommend it. It’s a little larger than expected so if you like low-key skip. Also, from the picture below you can see that it doesn’t obstruct your view. My opinion is that I think it’s the best looking spoiler for 14-15.

That is very sleek looking. Now I'm jealous and want that one instead of what I have.

I love mine too. But I did notice an increase in dirt on the rear of the car. Big spoilers will do that.

Thanks everyone! Having the new tips welded on now to fill in the gap on the diffuser. Now I just need to order the wheels.

God damn that thing is YUGE! I love it.

It just figures I was gifted a new Z28 style painted spoiler for Father's Day by my daughter. Makes it harder to get another spoiler now.

Do it!! It's worth the angry looks from your daughter. You can tell her it cracked or leaked or something lol. It's one of the first things people notice on mine.

Yes sir, do it!!!! Like banana says. I still have my MPD1 spoiler in my spare parts room. You can do like I do with my 3 sets of wheels, swap them out every once in a while, just to be different. And yea I did notice today that that big spoiler sucks up more dust that before. lol

InFiD3ViL you for sure need to get one. The carbon fiber one is perfect for our CGM. Or really any color.
